WATER MUSEUM

The Water Museum is located next to the Ibirapuera park in São Paulo, on a site that houses two water reservoirs and a sewage lifting unit. The aim of the project is to show visitors the importance of water nowadays expressed in three values: Preservation, Research, and Sustainability. The concept we desire to express is the relation between water, nature, and culture. We wanted to do more than a museum that displays information about water, we wanted to relate water throughout the building construction (interior and exterior) and public space.
