This house is located in Bragança Paulista - SP, on a 10x30 plot. Its architecture is composed of two volumes, where on the ground floor the walls are textured in terracotta color, contrasting with the white of the upper volume that houses the intimate areas.
In the back is where you will find the leisure area, consisting of a swimming pool, gourmet area and a garden. This space is the heart of the house, where the internal social areas are integrated with the external ones through large frames and the use of the same ceramic floor, increasing the feeling of spaciousness of the house.
